Unopened goods in original packaging may be returned for full refund within 30 days. CDs found to be defective, may be returned and will be replaced free of charge, but not refunded. Please contact support@thejazzmall.com to state the nature of the defect or problem and to receive clearance for return and replacement of the item.

By this notice, we will not be held liable for people sending us ideas for projects which we are already undertaking or planning to undertake in the future. Un-solicited materials will not be returned unless accompanied by return postage.

MYTHIC JAZZ RECORD COMPANY or MYTHIC JAZZ or MYTHIC JAZZ RECORDS, or all other similar variations with or without the image of a unicorn with a Compact Disc is a "first-in-time" trademark covered under common law protection for the use of that trademark. Likewise any image of "a unicorn with a CD" is a "first in time" trademark. Thus, others may not use our trademarks.
